Low-cost Guaranteed Auto Protection Plus (GAP) coverage is available for both new and used automobile loans financed with Powerco Federal Credit Union. In the event your vehicle is deemed a total loss due to an accident or theft, GAP covers the difference between the actual cash value of your vehicle and the loan balance. PC Banking
Access to your accounts is easier than ever through Powerco's free PC Banking. View your statements online, verify checks cleared, view and print your check images, transfer funds between accounts, or monitor dividends earned. Your Powerco loan information is also available to review. Keep up with your check register by exporting your account information to Microsoft Money® financial software. You can even track up to 20 different stocks or mutual funds listed in the major stock exchanges. PC Banking is free to all Powerco members. For a demonstration of PC Banking, click on the Online Services button and then PC Banking/PC BillPay. To register for free PC Banking, please use your Polly password and member number on the log-in screen. If you have not registered for Polly-The Anytime Phone Teller service, you must do so before registering for PC Banking. To register, download a Polly application and fax or mail it to Powerco. Take the hassle out of paying bills by signing up for Powerco's PC BillPay and Presentment service. This service offers you not only the ability to pay all of your bills from one simple-to-use site, but also provides you with convenience of receiving, viewing and managing your bills at the same location. With Bill Pay and Presentment, you're also able to arrange email alerts for bill arrivals, due dates and upcoming payments, request a year-end summary of bills and payments, schedule automatic recurring payment rules for each payee, run payment reports and create custom reports, and much more. PC BillPay and Presentment is available to members that have a PowerChek checking account. Registration is online and applications are processed daily. Powerco VISA® eAccess  Enhance your Powerco VISA Gold or VISA Classic with Powerco VISA® eAccess, free online access to your account. This service gives you unlimited and immediate access to important information about your Powerco VISA such as current balance, available credit, payment due date, current activity, amount of last payment and much more. Additionally, you can view up to six months of account history.
Online payments can also be made from your Powerco checking or savings account or from your account at another financial institution. There is no charge to make an online payment. Last year over 685,000 cases of identity theft and fraud were reported and over $680 million stolen. Experts agree the theft of personal information for fraudulent use is one of the fastest growing crimes in America. Powerco Federal Credit Union is committed to member protection. This means that we take extraordinary measures to protect you and your information. Part of that includes providing you with information to protect yourself. Powerco's Member Security Center provides educational information on fraud and online identity theft as well as advice on what to do if you suspect that your personal financial information may have been comprised. Visit the Member Security Center for telephone numbers and email addresses you can use to report stolen financial information, online phishing and other fraudulent schemes to Powerco Federal Credit Union, the federal government, major credit bureaus and more. New Car Cost Guides and NADA Used Car Guides We have the most up-to-date issues available for our members to use. We can provide you with pricing information from these guides to help you save money when you buy or sell a vehicle. Ask us for this information when you apply for an auto loan. Annual Check Image CD-ROM
Annual check image CDs are available to our PowerChek Checking and Money Market accountholders. With Powerco’s check image CD, you can have your check images returned to you in a clean, easy to store digital format. Best of all, the search software is included and makes finding a specific check simple and FAST! You can search and sort by amount, date posted and check number. With the check image CD you can view the front and back of your cancelled checks. The CD is a permanent record containing images of all of your cancelled checks for the calendar year with the exception of on-us checks (checks cashed at PFCU). The CD can easily be stored with your yearly tax records and retrieved as needed for quick and convenient research. You can also print copies of cancelled checks to use as proof of payment. There is a fee of $15.95 per CD for each account, which will be electronically debited from your account in January. To receive your check image CD, please visit our online ordering link. If you prefer, you can download and print a copy of the order form and mail, fax or drop it by your local branch. Please note, the fee for your check image CD will be deducted from the account the CD was ordered for, in the same month the CD is shipped. If an order is placed for a closed account, the fee will be deducted from your share savings account. All orders must be received by December 1 and the CD will be shipped in mid-January. Minimum System Requirements: Payroll Deduction and Automatic Transfers Have money deducted from your paycheck and deposited in your savings account. This is also a convenient way to make loan payments. Automatic Transfers are also available to make monthly loan payments, and may be set up to electronically transfer funds between your savings accounts. American® Express Travelers Cheques, Gift Cheques and Gift Cards Traveling is easier when you don't have to worry about losing your cash. Powerco sells the original American Express Travelers Cheques For Two. The American Express Gift Cheque is the perfect gift for the person who has everything. The American Express Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 and the funds never expire. The card can be used at millions of locations and if it is lost or stolen, the balance can be refunded or replaced. All of these products are available at any Powerco office. DentiCare Group Dental Insurance Plan Affordable dental coverage for the entire family is available for Powerco members. There is an extensive network of dentists from which to choose, and bonus VisionCare coverage is provided to members enrolled in the program. Return an Information Request for an enrollment form and list of participating dentists. Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance 
Your membership at Powerco Federal Credit Union affords you many benefits, including $2,000 of no-cost Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. As a member, age 18 and older, you are eligible for up to $2,000 of Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance provided at no cost to you. This coverage is fully paid for by the credit union. It offers 24-hour protection against a covered accident anywhere in the world, on or off the job, on business, on vacation, or at home. We have also made arrangements to make up to $300,000 of additional coverage available to all credit union members, age 18 and above, at affordable group rates. No medical exams are required and coverage is guaranteed as long as premiums are paid. Plus, when you purchase additional coverage, you are automatically eligible to receive special benefits – common carrier insurance, anti-inflation protection, education assistance, hospital income and day care. PRINT YOUR APPLICATION FORMAD&D Insurance policy is underwritten by Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company. Coverage may not be available in all states. Change of Address Form Available Online The secure delivery of information regarding your Powerco Federal Credit Union accounts is important to us. In order for you to receive timely correspondence from us regarding your accounts we must have your current address. The U.S. Postal Service will not forward your savings and checking statements and other financial documents to your new address. For your convenience, a CHANGE OF ADDRESS form is available online. We must receive your signed form in order to complete the change request. Forms should be mailed to Powerco or dropped off at your local branch for prompt processing. |
